The retail store does not know CashToCode

Unfortunately it happens that employees were not always trained sufficiently and do not know or understand CashToCode.

First of all you will see the section "TOP-Vertriebsstellen", if there are any in your area. These dealers have been successfully processed a CashToCode payment. If there is no "TOP-Vertriebsstelle" in your area, then CashToCode provides instructions for the two common cashier terminals (see below). Please show it to the employee so he or she can follow it.

If this still does not work, we are very sorry about that. To improve CashToCode, please send a brief email with the merchant, address, date and aprrox. time when you where there to support@cashtocode.com. They are going to contact the merchant as soon as possible.
