What happens to files in the cloud when premium expires?

Unfortunately, we can only store your files in your Premiumize.me cloud storage for as long as your account has an active premium membership status.

Of course, it can happen that you forget to renew your membership or there are problems with your payment method, so your subscription will be canceled. That's why we keep your files for a few days after your premium membership has expired. This gives you enough time to reactivate your membership. You are also welcome to contact us if you have any problems with your payment and we will help you as best we can.

After that, we will unfortunately have to delete your files permanently, because of course we also have costs for storing your files, which we can only cover if you have a membership with us.
