How do I delete my account?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to delete your account. We would like to know more about the reasons for this and would appreciate your feedback.

If you have any problems with our service, please also contact us before deleting your account. We will be happy to help you with your problem. Remember: once you delete your account, everything is gone. We really do delete all your data and there is no way to recover it.

For security reasons, deleting your account via this function is only possible if your account no longer has an active premium membership.
