Remove captchas in jDownloader by disabling the free-mode

Due to a bug in jDownloader 2, sometimes jDownloader keeps displaying captchas for downloads and wants to download the files using the free mode of the hoster. The problem is that if a failure occurs, like a connection abort due to network connectivity or a random error by jDownloader, jDownloader completely disables the Premiumize.me plugin. As a fallback it uses the plugin of the hoster, which displays captchas because it's in free mode. This issue can be worked around using the following procedure:

1. Press Select
2. Select Account Manager
3. Select the tab Usage Rules
4. Click on Add
5. Select Edit
6. Remove the checkmark Free Download (No Account)

Note: You have to repeat these steps for each hoster.
