Why am I charged VAT?

You may be required to pay local VAT when you purchase your premium package. Whether taxes are applicable and if so, at what rate, depends on the tax laws of your country. Depending on the payment method, the applicable tax may be additional to the price displayed on our website or already included. This will be displayed separately under the package price for each payment method ("VAT may apply" or "VAT included"). If the prices on our website are excl. VAT, the total amount (incl. VAT) will be shown at our payment gateway before you finally pay.

If you paid VAT, we or our payment partners can of course issue an invoice with VAT shown. Please contact our customer service if you need an invoice. Reverse Charge may be available for selected payment methods.
